Chimneys

PMR offers FREE complete safety inspections to evaluate your chimney. We specialize in complete chimney restoration from minor repairs to complete replacement. Although we don't offer a standalone flue cleaning service, we do offer it in conjunction with other work.

Rebuilding

Being exposed to the weather, without proper maintenance, can lead to your chimney deterioration causing cracking, spalling and even leak issues. Often times they are beyond repair and we can rebuild them from the ground level up if needed.

Includes tuckpointing (mortar joint replacement), cement crowns on top

Updating and Refacing

Let us update your interior fireplace facing or add curb appeal to the exterior home by installing new stone veneer. This not only adds aesthetic appeal but value as well.

Custom Stainless Steel Parts

Often times we recommend a stainless steel chase cover rather than a cement crown as it requires no maintenance, will not crack or separate, and will not allow any water to penetrate the top of your chimney. All our stainless steel parts come with a 25-year manufacturer warranty. Chase covers, caps, and top-mounted damper caps.

Counter Flashing

We work with the top roofing companies in Seattle and the greater Eastside. We are happy to coordinate with your roofer for any chimney restoration or any counter flashing needs (brick home or chimney).

Firebox Rebuild/Repair

We can rebuild your crumbling brick firebox with new firebrick making it safe to use.
